Kind of a funny workout. We ended up doing more squats than planned because I was trying to help Noah fix his form. Poor dude can't stay balanced at all at the bottom. It's nice to know I'm better than him at one of these things, yes?

Jack-knife squats 1 x 15
Supported squats 1 x 20, 1 x 35, 1 x 20
